The issues with Blue and Green.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to all of you.
Over the last few months we've had some bizarre issues with the production of the blue and green shirts.
It all started in November when the needles broke on the knitting machine we use for the ActiCool yarn. When we got back the green and blue from the dye house, they were completely barre and unusable.
The mechanics ordered the needles and brackets, and we waited for them, got into holiday season, and waited some more. Once the machine was finally ready and we remounted the cones on the rack and began knitting, we found the tension had changed and the cones had to be back wound.
The fabric, finally ready, headed off to dye. We then we had issues with a reactive agent. The two colours came back off coloured and were stripped and dyed black.
The new lot is almost finished on a new knitting machine going to a new dye house. The final colours have been approved. Please let us know your thoughts on them.
My apologies for this unfortunate delay and whatever inconvenience it may have caused you. We are looking for a way to make it up to you all.

To the Trendsetting backers of ActiCool!
You will be receiving your surveys from BackerKit shortly. You’ll need to provide us with the Style, Colour and Sizes of the shirts you would like. Please fill these out as soon as possible. You have until Wednesday, November 23rd to reply.
By using BackerKit, you will all have the opportunity to add on extra shirts at low prices. The Preorder store is also set up there, so please share with your friends.
For all international backers, please remember to select your preferred shipping method from the add-ons. If you cannot find your country, please message us. Rest assured, we will reach out to you if there are any issues.
The Black and Yellow fabrics are knitted, dyed and ready to cut, so they will be shipping right away. The blue and green fabrics are further out from production.
Remember, ActiCool makes a great gift for the holidays.

You will be asked to select the size(s), style(s), and color choice(s) and enter your shipping address. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey.
